Shipping Policy
Shipping is by USPS "Media Mail", and orders are generally sent within 48 hours of the order. Media Mail may take 7 to 14 business days to arrive after mailing.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Damaged products will be replaced for the same item, and we will pay for return shipping. Please call or email for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). No item can be accepted for return without an RMA.

Privacy Policy
All personal information collected form this site will be used to fill orders only. Credit Card information is never transmitted or stored on this server; all payment information is handled by Authorize.net. No personal information will be disclosed to any third party.

Tax Exempt Organizations
Tax Exempt Organizations may contact us for a "discount code" that will back out the Ohio sales tax. This applies only to sales being shipped to an Ohio address.
